I visited this Ayurvedic clinic for a body massage and hair treatment. As a kid, I genuinely enjoyed the experience—the staff were kind, the atmosphere was calm, and the treatments felt traditional and relaxing. The hair treatment was especially soothing and made me feel refreshed. However, I feel that the body massage was a bit too intense and lengthy for a child. While it may be suitable and beneficial for adults, such strong or prolonged massage may not be necessary for kids. It would be better if the clinic adjusted the treatment intensity based on the age of the patient. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and the clinic clearly follows authentic Ayurvedic practices. With a little more age-appropriate customization, it could be even better.
